It consisted of implementing a new organizational method, with a view to making the company’’s management model integrated and thus facilitating the flow of information, the flexibility of deliveries, the availability of products, thus guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, cost control and expanding the offer of different products.

Optimization of the website, creating an area where all customer-company information is available.
